Poor Hunter got his balls chopped:(

How can you look at this face and not feel bad. We decided to get Hunter neutered to make him more calm. He is a really good dog and quite calm dog already. He usually just gets excited when a lot people are around but when he is at home with me all day he is really calm and just hangs out and does whatever. But we decided we might as well get him fixed to see if he would do even better. From people we talked to they said it made their dogs better. And I do have to say Hunter listens now with his head and not with you know what:) Anyways I had to post about it so you could see how sad he looked. I wished we didn't do it when I first saw him after cuz I felt so bad. But now I am glad we did!

Kate's Halloween Costume

Kate was a little lamb this year. She didn't keep it on very long cuz she didn't like it. Here is the only house she went trick or treating to before we left on our cruise.

Lake Powell

I have an excuse for being so behind on so many posts. My Internet has not been working at my house and if it does it only works on our laptop and all our pictures are on our other computer. Anyways so you will see quite a few post in the next few days.
At the beginning of October we went to Lake Powell with Thayne's family. It was a little chilly but so much fun! We got to stay on a house boat this time which we loved. We didn't take Kate this year but for sure she is coming next year and maybe Hunter too:) Here are the pictures of our trip! Thanks Jess and Mom/Dad for watching Kate and Hunter!

Isn't it so sad we are in sweatshirts at Lake Powell! We will go earlier next year, when it's not so chilly.

My wounded husband:( We were going down the slide and jumping off a tube in the water and I went down and bent my toes backwards. Well right after that Thayne went again after he had already gone a bunch of times and he sprained his ankle. Just our luck:(

Not to often are you going to catch Thayne and a fishing pole in the same picture SMILING. Thayne isn't much a fisherman. He doesn't have the patience for it. The only time you will see him fishing is Lake Powell. Throw some cheese in the water and the carp come and you catch a fish just like that. That is Thayne's kind of fishing.

Halloween Partay!

I know what all of you are thinking who know Thayne really REALLY well. Your thinking "Is he dressed up?" Ha ha Yep! When we got invited to this party my friend told me if you don't dress up you will be the only ones who didn't. I told Thayne that and he was such a good sport and said he would dress up. He is not one for dressing up. Not that he is dressed up much in his little boy cowboy hat and a cowboy shirt. He said he did a cowboy cuz I always joke that I wish he was a cowboy. But I really know why he did a cowboy, it was the easiest costume. How can I complain though I was just so happy he did it and he had fun! He is such a good hubby to put up with me so willingly. And thanks to the Stoners for inviting us it was so much fun, and the food was absolutely amazing she went all out and made cafe rio salad! It worked out perfect since we will be missing Halloween this year. We will be leaving for our Cruise tomorrow WAHOOOOOOO I am so excited!!!!!! Can you tell?:) I will post about it and about our Lake Powell trip when we get back. But for now just be thinking of us in the hot sun! O and just so you know I didn't forget about little Kate she is going to get all dressed up for Halloween too before we leave. Even though she isn't going trick or treating I have to get her all dressed up for her very first Halloween. I don't have that picture yet though so I guess your just going to have to wait. I know your all sitting on the edge of your seat...

Does anyone notice what's different?

If you guess Kate got her ears pierced your right! I felt so bad when they were getting ready to do it. She screamed so loud. I surprised Thayne with it when we got home. He loved them except for the fact that she had to go through pain to get them. But now she is fine and I think they are so cute!!

Dierks and Brad

About 3 weeks ago I got the chance to go to the Dierks Bentley and Brad Paisley concert with my sister and Cassie. It was so much fun! The concert was so loud that after we left I felt like I had to yell to talk cuz my ears were ringing so bad. Dierks and Brad were a good combination together. You have your hott stud muffin Dierks (did I really just say that) don't worry babe I still think your hotter:) Then you have your sweet Country guy Brad the kind that sweeps you off your feet. Haha anyways just ignore me. In short it was SO MUCH FUN!!!!

Kate's blessing Day

This last Sunday we finally got to bless Kate. Thayne's friend joked that she is so old to be being blessed that after Thayne blessed her she would be walking back to me. Fortunately she didn't:) It was an amazing day. We got to spend time with our family and closest friends. Thayne gave such a special blessing, I wish I could have recorded it to remember forever and to give to Kate one day in a journal or something. I am the luckiest girl in the world to have Thayne. He loves his family so much! When we went to get Kate's blessing dress from his moms house since she made it for us (thank you Becky it was gorgeous) he started to get teary eyed just looking at it. He has such a soft heart. All day he kept picking Kate up and saying "This is your special day" and Kate would just look at him with big eyes and smile like she knew it was.
